What is included in your Academy membership?

Skyton Academy is a subscription-based learning platform offering interactive, self-paced courses available immediately upon signup.

Members gain access to weekly live calls for expert insights, real-time discussions, and community engagement.

For deeper learning, Premium Masterclasses with guest instructors are available for an additional fee but are not required for certification.

What is the difference between courses and Masterclasses?

In short, if this was a traditional college setting, consider Skyton Academy regular courses to be your foundational, undergraduate work. Consider the Masterclasses to be optional enhancement classes.

Skyton Academy is proud to offer a deep, comprehensive, and engaging lineup of courses underneath each of our five learning pillars. The regular courses available provide a wide range of knowledge in each area, allowing students to learn the basics, build applicable skills, and adapt this learning to their own professional growth. Masterclasses enhance this learning through rigorous, more focused training on highly specific aspects of our pillars.

How do I access the courses?

Our centralized, web-based learning platform is designed to perform flawlessly, whether users are on a desktop or mobile device. Simply log in and the site will show which courses are available, and which are completed, alongside a wealth of other information about student group chats, upcoming events, new course material, and more.

Please note that an active internet connection is required to remain connected to Skyton Academy’s training. Please ensure you’re on a stable connection to avoid potentially losing progress on coursework.

Can I cancel at any time?

Skyton Academy requires no contracts or commitments. You can cancel at any time, and continue to enjoy our courses until your paid subscription expires.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?

Given the 100% digital nature of our service, we do not offer or issue refunds for any digital products. While we are confident you will love the training and engagement we offer, you are free to cancel at any time and will have full access until the date your subscription ends.

Do you provide certificates upon course completion?

All completed courses will provide certificates of completion. Additionally, we are working to secure outside accreditation for certain regular and premium coursework.

How can I get technical support if I encounter issues during the course?

While we are thrilled with our platform, mistakes occasionally happen. If you encounter a technical problem, please contact [email protected] and one of our friendly team members will work with you to solve it.

If we paid for courses prior will we have access to those courses in the new platform?

All Skyton Academy students retain full access to their purchased courses and Masterclasses.

To find your courses, log in to your portal, click the 9 dots in the top-right corner, and select "Courses."
